Order paid but not delivered

On the 19th May 2024 I ordered from Pedros via Uber eats, the driver called me and I answered, I went outside but couldn’t see each other, he even suggested we meet at the traffic lights. We communicated all along through phone calls. When I got to the traffic lights the phone calls couldn’t get through anymore. The driver Amadu wasn’t at the location and I was answering his calls, I didn’t make him wait, however the order was closed as delivered.
