Order not recieved

My order ever arrived..i tried calling the delivery person he told me he was at my house but he was never there, i checked on the app and where he left the food is not at my address..i called him and he said he left because i was not there, he said he will come back which he never did..the picture that is showing on the delivery details is not outside my house..

I might have not answered when he called which im not sure if he did but he did confess that he still has my order..now uber support say i do not qualify for refund but the delivery person has my order..if he left it infront of my housei would understand but where he left it its about 7 to 8 houses from mine..

This delivery people are now playing us and the system of uber eats allows them.
