Order not recieved

We ordered a meal from uber eats this afternoon with very clear instructions, which by the way, previous drivers followed with ease. Our delivery guy did not read the instructions and refuses to contact us and behaved very rudely after "completing the order" before even delivering our food. we tried contacting both the driver and support, but the service is honestly **********, with no contact from your side. The Order number is #F5FC3 please help... because the app support is not helping us.
