ORDER NOT RECEIVED - UBER REFUSED TO REFUND

I made an order on saturday the 10th January 2026 just after 7pm. the address captured by the app was incorrect and i had tried to update it through the app and then contacted support for assistance but i was advised to contact the driver, after contacting the driver and providing him with correct address the driver still went to the incorrect location, eventually he told me hwe wont be coming to my address and just like that i never got my order nor refund as uber is refusing to refund or tell me where the order is to collect my self, the stupid driver called eduardo gave me his whatsapp number and said i should sent him my location on this number *** he then calls me bck to say he wont be coming. hew took my order and uber does not want to refund.
