Order not received uber@uber

I had placed an order yesterday and was advised it will be delivered around 19:55 so at 20:00 pm i checked the app and found out my order was already delivered by Simthembile however i didn't get a call or any notification of some sort regarding my order.

I queried 3 times and there was no assistance from ubber eats.
