Order not received form uber eats

Today (20 March 2025) i ordered three Big John with chips and coke and a chicken licken lunch meal with coke. The amount was R430.19 with a tip of R42.19. However, the order was not deliver to my place. When i call the number *** @11:17am they told me that the drive said he delivered the order, in the place and the people he found there they told him that they dont know the person, still he left the order there instead of contracting me or send back to the store. I called the store and they were helpful and tried to get hold of ubereats and they told them that the gave it to the kid. I have sent them an email and they keep on insisting that the drive deliver the in my place and they said it was my responsibility for the loss,of which they did not deliver to the address provided. Please help me, service i received is very BAD.
