Order not received

I order at ubereats for Barcelos Benoni Engine garage at around 14:00 it now 16:46 I still haven't received my order. I have call the store they said the driver did collect they don't know why my food is not delivered. They gave me the number +*** for the driver who denied everything according to him he was not the driver. Mind you I already paid for my order. The name of the driver Danken Yuda
