Order not received but money deducted off my card

I ordered from Nandos Reservoir Hills through Uber eats. I was at my address the whole time and I added an alternative number on the delivery note incase I would miss their call on my contact number. Driver didn't bother calling on the number on the delivery note next thing order status changed to Delivered when I never got my food. Mind you I'm only getting paid Tomorrow and I used the last money I had to buy supper. I contacted Nandos and I was told my order had left and they do not have a contact number for the Driver. I have sent an email, message on Facebook and a message on the app but no assistance given since 13h30pm.Ive never been so stressed and irritated my whole life. R330 down the drain feels like millions to me right now.
