Order not received but charged for it

I ordered food at Chicken Licken on the 15th of October via Uber eats.I never received the food but I was charged for it.I even sent their support email and still there was nothing.They did not reverse the charge nor respond as to what is gonna happen with the money they took from my account for the order that I did not receive.Their support is not helpful at all
