order not received - bored customer

order #64899 - I placed an order for McDonald on the 01/11/2019 no call was received from the uber driver for delivery or confirm that it has arrived, I have lodged many queries on the app to dispute the charge but no assistance has been given to me. I'm unable to use this app as I'm seen as owing you guys. please sort this mess out before or yu no longer need me as a client.
