Order not received

Drivers are ********. Never received my order. The driver messaged me saying he is on his way. App was showing 4mins away and then all of a sudden delivered. I was waiting at the gate for the order. DRIVER NEVER SHOWRD UP, NEVER TRIED TO CONTACT ME AND YET IT WAS SAID TO BE DELIVERED.

worst part is the uber support team does nothing about it and apparently cannot refund me after "reviewing my account" . Rep**** more than 4 times asking what information lead them to this decision and kept getting a reply that they reviewed my account. It's like speaking to a robot. Just terrible
