Order not received and refusing to refund my money

I order from Chicken Licken yesterday late afternoon from Ubereats, the driver was outside with my order he never even tried to call, he was just sending messages. I eventually took my phone and saw the messages, it was wasn’t even 5mins I tried to call the driver he picked up the call and immediately when I said my name he dropped the call. When I go on the app and I try to get help there’s a photo that the driver took with my food being left outside on the floor even. Firstly he never got that instruction from and secondly I stay in a complex where there is people walking in out. Which logical person would leave someone else’s food outside that he paid for? These people are providing a service to us that we pay for. I am so angry and what’s making it worse now is that Uber is blatantly ignoring me they not replying to any of my messages. I was charged for food that never even ate, I never even saw it for that matter. I want my money back please guys, I am not rich. Every single cents counts, I need that money back please
