Order not received and pathetic feedback

I placed an order with KFC Irene (placed on Ubereats) and never received my order. When i tried to contact Ubereats, I got a message and screenshot that the driver left my food on the road as they tried to contact me (i dont have any record of this) and neither do the security guard! Even if i got it, how do you leave someone's food on the road of an office park, like you are servicing a dog?
