Order not received and no trace of it!

On the 30th of August i ordered on UberEats to pickup my groceries from Game,Menlyn,Pretoria ,South Africa. However, my groceries did not arrive. And i have a email receipt proof that money was deducted from my account after buying groceries .The strange part is that there is no record of my order at Game when i phoned there and ended up speaking to a dismissive manager that at their side there was no record of my order. At that time I hadn't had installed my ubereats app, so I googled Game,Menlyn and saw an ubereats option uder their details. I registered on uber with my orginal number as before but a different email address. On my ubereats app, there is no record of my order. How is this possible and when i emailed ubereats, they couldn't assist me. What's so convenient with online purchase when we still gonna get ****med! I am utterly disgusted
