Order not received and no refund.

Ordered on Ubereats and only part thereof my order arrived. I called the restaurant (Debonairs) and was told that the delivery man is on the way with the rest of my order. I waited for over an hour outside the Residence because I had no direct contact with the driver, only the store was in contact with him. He did not arrive and the store only followed up the following day and the driver said the food was delivered at 21:50 yet I was outside and speaking with the Debonairs team at 21:55 where I was told that they will call him and ask where he was, when I called them back it was already 22:15 past the restaurants closing time, and I was told that the driver is still on the way he had two other orders to drop off. Till to date I haven't received my order nor the refund.
