Order not received and horrible service

I ordered on uber eats and the driver tried to contact me bt we had network issues and he left my order in the outside next to a dustbin and sent me a Pic. I rushed out to find nothing on the pinned location,checked with security and they said no bike came in. I couldn't get assistance on app ni email or phone number and delay in responding then after 2 hours I'm told I'll not be refunded. No normal person leaves food in an unhygienic place for a client ubereats just wants money a d don't care about us. Maybe it's time SA invest in our own emailing platform and support them. All I want is my money back and I'll delete their **** app with untrusted drivers
