Order not received

Ordered food today, never received the food followed up with the support I was advised my order was delivered. I have no idea who picked up my order just because we used a card they can just leave your order anywhere they want. You can’t even connect with the driver. That was the last time using an international company that doesn’t even offer contact support. I’m deactivating both their apps
