Order not received!!!!

I placed an order yesterday at Game, you people deducted an amount of R750.82 at 14:10 on the 07 October 2024. There was an item on the list (Portia M Marula Skin Oil 200ML) that was not available and the money for that item was never credited back to my account. When the pop up message on my phone showed the driver had just arrived, i immediately went out to the gate, as i approach the gate the driver was driving away on a bike. Outside there was no order yet he posted a picture showing he left it outside which was a lie. I tried explaining this to Support but they keep dismissing me claiming the guy waited for more than 8 minutes which is a lie. Uber is in the business of ****ming people and they need to be exposed!!! When i called the driver he kept ignoring my calls!
