Order not received

I requested the food from Rebels pizza to be delivered at Ford motor company at gate 4, I even specified on my order, the driver said he is on gate 1, off which it will take time for to get at gate 1, then he asked me a pin because he said he can't come to gate4, I gave him a pin so he can drop it at gate 1 because still he can't wait for me , when I get to the gate no delivery, I am hungry and I knock off at 22:00pm
