Order not received

I can't believe that Uber Eats won't let you cancel orders. I even spoke to the driver before he collected the food that I put in the incorrect address. I am in Johannesburg and placed an order for my last address in Capetown but they wouldn't allow me to cancel the order. The driver basically said it's not his problem. He collected the food. Went to the address to a picture of food on the floor infront of an office building on Saturday and said the order was complete. Whats the point of put in driver information when I can't stop a simple order? Why can't I cancel and order that I immediately saw was incorrect? Like seconds after I placed it why can't I cancel it???

I want my money back.
