Order not received

I made an order last night. The driver didn't get to my house, but on the app marked my order as delivered completely whilst I didn't get my food. When I tried calling him his phone was off. Called kfc they also tried to call him but his phone was going through still. Reached out to Uver Eats support through phone calls, emails and even whatsapp but their Agents weren't helpful instead they gave me a run around
