Order not received

So today I placed my order via UberEats. My order was supposed to be delivered at 15H45, so I went to the gate at 15H40 to wait for my order there. At 16H00 I logged into the app to track my order only to find that the status of my order is "delivered " but I did not receive my order. I then clicked on "help" in the app only to find a report saying "it seems like your delivery person tried to contact you but could not reach you ". Then I go through my phone, no missed call, no SMS and i was on tiktok while waiting for my order so my phone never lost signal. I called Chicken Licken Newlands and they said my order was collected at 15H29. They told me to contact UberEats for a refund. I tried to lodge a complaint explaining that this driver did not call me and they said they cannot refund me. So are UberEats drivers allowed to eat our food. Because I called Chicken Licken thinking that he took it back there but no he left with my order without attempting to inform me that he has arrived. I am so disgusted with UberEats and I am uninstalling their app on my phone. I will never buy from them again.
