Order not received

I ordered today with order #610EC, I received a picture that my order was left at my work boom gate. When I went to get the food the guards to me that the driver took out the food and took the photo of the food on the boom gate then took the food with him. He did not call or send me a message to advise me I only received a photo which will surface as proof that he delivered the food of which he didn't.

If the food was cash I don't think he would have done what he did and this shows that he is used to do this to customers.

My work place has guards outside on the boom gate as the access is controlled and there are cameras as well.
