Order not received

very unprofessional service from uber eats this is not the first time this has happen " I was charged 115 Rand for my order and it was deducted from my account but i have not received it in the app it says delivered but i didnt receive anything and i tried contacting support for a refund and they said they are unable to give me a refund " this makes no sense if anyone knows what i can do to take this further please comment
