Order not received

I have just placed an order via ubereats on Yassir XL Fourways store. After the drive took soo long to deliver the order he comes and tells me he just realised now that he brought the wrong order which was a water bottle and asked that returns to the store to pick up the correct order I did not give give that code for order received which gets generated on the app and he left now I’m seeing order received with picture he took I don’t know where after he left which I wrote for uber support and tried calling the driver and the store using the online number I saw online I’m not getting through or receiving any help.
