Order not never arrived but status shows delivered

Today was the worst experience I had with UberEats. I use this service almost weekly and today the driver (Jean de dieu) didn't even reach our security gates!! He showed a picture of my food being delivered. The food is placed on the road (floor). My delivery instructions are quite clear 'deliver at GEPF offices, 1st Floor, and leave at reception. I reported the matter but no one has come back to me after I answered a question from their support email. 'To be sure, please confirm whether you received your order by replying to this message with either “Yes” or “No.” I rep**** NO twice. No response.

I lost R112 for food I didnt get. Can you tell me where this guy delivered because he didnt even get through our security gates.
