Order not delivered. Covid 19 rules not followed by your driver.

I ordered from UberEats and my order was supposed to be left at the door. I must say I am disappointed. The delivery guy called Osisioma gave my order to the wrong person who lived near by complex and also ordered from you. Your delivery personnel was supposed to leave my order at the door but he did not instead he stood at our security gate without even contacting me. I went to the gate to check where he is because on my app it showed my order has been delivered which was not true. He gave a wrong person my order who came back after he realized his order was wrong. UberEats delivery guy was rude and unapologetic about the mistake, he wanted the guy to give me the order, I couldn't accept that because my order was already opened by a person who did not wear gloves nor a mask. I couldn't risk my health because we are living under covid 19 pandemic . Your delivery guy told me if I did not want my order the other person can take it and drive off. Firstly it seems like He is poorly trained and he does not care about covid 19 rules and the pandemic we are facing. He put my life in risk and the security at our complex as they had to intervene. He did not even wear I mask while talking to us which is prohibited my our government if you are in a public area . You guys are putting our life's at risk of infection. I am disappointed with UberEats.
