Order not delivered

Worst experience ever. Ordered the Mix it Up Sharing Meal as I received a PromoCode this afternoon of R100 off my good which was valid today from 4pm to 7pm. Thought why not, waited for the order and went to the main gate to collect it. No sign of the driver and UberEats deducted they money. They promised to reimburse me which is R112 but I feel I need a full reimbur*****t of R200 as I had to go back to Steers and pay the full amount which was not discounted. I’m so disappointed....it’s sad
