Order not delivered but received confirmation that it was. Disgusting service!!!

Ordered Chicken Licken using Uber Eats. An hour later I received an email that my order was delivered but I had not received anything. The drivers name was apparently Foster. This is horrible service and sadly right now it's the only way we can get food but to take advantage of this situation and customers is horrifying. I couldn't even reorder cause Chicken Licken was now unavailable. And to add fuel to the fire, now it's my issue and refund will take 3 to 10 days!

This is unacceptable, so disgusted and disappointed in this service and your drivers. Please deal with this guy ASAP!
