Order not delivered but charged

My son is in the hospital. I placed an order. The app froze and showed his picking up my order then all of a sudden the app shows my order as delivered. He didnt call me and when I tried calling him through the app his phone was off. I then was without food and charged. UberEats dissapointed me when I needed them.
