Order not delivered and refund not processed!

I ordered food and the was not delivered, the driver did not reach my location then put my order on delivered status. I sent in a query to uberEats, then they said they would refund me. two days later the refund was paid into my account and debited again immediately. I then consulted uberEats to let them know and when to my bank to further enquire but uberEats insisted that they refunded me. I have proof that they sent the money and re-debited it. Im frustrated at their service
