Order not delivered and No refund...The poorest service i have received

I placed an order on uber eats using my partners account and we received a delivered notification but no food, We tried to call the delivery guy no avail.

The delivery guy said he had tried to contact us but we received no call nor a text.

They then sent a notification saying that no refund will be given, Utterly disgusted by how uber eats operates WATCH OUT this is pure ********ity from Uber eats

Poor service, no assistance and no regard
