Order not delivered and no Refund

So today around 15:00 I ordered from Burger King Parkdene in Gauteng. Double whopper meal was my order. Estimated delivery time was 16:25 as per app, I did not mind, at 16:03 I received a message from the delivery guy by the name "Admire", I started chatting with him telling him where I am. When I placed my order I made sure that I entered my full address to my surprise he asked for the address again without any suspicions I provided the address.He then stated, I am on my way. My colleagues and I have been waiting at the door waiting with the code for over 45 minutes. To my surprise the order is cancelled but with a note order delivered. I used the app to log the query and to be told that he had arrived at my premises and waited for over 9 minutes. The chats are deleted, there's no proof that he arrived as I was waiting for him then only to be told that I will not be getting any refund, I don't know what will happen to the meal I paid for? So Uber Eats seems to be believing the guy that never arrived to deliver what I ordered and paid for over me. I am now left with hunger and no money for an order I never received because Admire decided to lie as if money grows from trees. I am very very disappointed. I want my money back Uber Eats. This is indeed disgusting
