Order not delivered and no refund

Placed an order. Put the correct address in. The driver called me to scream at me and tell me he is at the address. When he sent his location he wasn't even in the same street and was 5. 9km from me. I contacted support with proof that the driver was no where near me and I was told the driver had followed policy and I would not be refunded. I will never use this again and you should not either. There are so many more reliable options
