Order not delivered and no refund

I wanted to place order on the system,and my order was not going through due network clinched,and decided to asked someone to do it on my behalf.while busy on the other side,I got notification on my phone with deduction of order which I was drugging to place.i tried to cancel the order immediately via support unfortunately I was told is to late because the order is already being prepared.few minutes later I got pop notification that my order is on the way,then followed by the call from the driver so say they have arrived.when I arrived at the reception the driver was not there.then he called me again all to find out he was in the wrong place.i redirected him.he arrived after 30min waiting.when he arrived he told me that my order is canceled and I will be refunded and he will returned the order to the shop. I logged my query on the support and told me I cannot be refunded because the driver call me and waited for me and return back with my order.
