Order not delivered

I made R200 order today but the driver never delivered my order. They too a blank picture as proof that they came. I am 7 months pregnant and used my last money to but. Now I will go to bed with an empty stomach. Tried complaining to their help center via email and their feedback was the driver followed a correct process. The driver only called once and they disconnected after I picked u. Sent these proof to the but now they are silent. Is this how uber eats treats their customers and favor their workers(drivers) to **** people. How can I just let go of my last money. What about my baby? I will fight this till my last breath and make sure it doesn't happen to anyone again. I also need to post this to social media and make sure to warn people. Atleast kept all the screenshot 😡😡😡😡😡
