Order not delivered

on 10 October I ordered via UberEats but the driver did not deliver my order. when he did no arrive on the ETA, I contacted him and he said his motorcycle was stuck. We then contacted him again as the app showed that he was very far from the drop off address and he said the app was wrong. After trying to contact him again he rejected the calls and/or did not answer. He then marked the order as delivered. I immediately lodged a query with UberEast and up until now I have not received a proper response. The message just keeps on saying that someone will contact me or that someone has resolved my issue but I have not received a refund. Considering all the other comments on this platform I am starting to think that UberEats is a **** and will definitely not use them again or recommend them to anybody. they don't have a telephone number or email address and the chatbot is not helpful.
