Order not delivered 😡

I am so disappointed with Uber eats driver and Uber eats support. I made an order of a cake and bread. I paid R210 for the bill. Then I receive a notification that it's delivered. Tried to to check where it was delivered. Nothing. Then when when I used self help I get a notification that a picture was loaded the driver was waiting for me for 8 minutes then it was left on the gate. They did not give the security at the gate. The picture is not clear of where it was left. Escalated then I was told that no refund is due because the process was followed by the driver. Bare in mind I stay in a complex. So I lost my R210 just like that wow what a **** service. I am deactivating my account even my business account as well.
