Order not delivered

I ordered food from Uber eats. The driver fetched my food and while I was tracking him, he was in one location, he did not move and he wrote on the chats that he is lost. I asked him where he was and that he should give me his contact details but he didn’t. After a few minutes, I saw that he marked the order as delivered and he shot a picture of the food. He didn’t even try contacting me, I even asked for his number on the contacts but he didn’t respond. Now Uber eats doesn’t even want to pay back my money. ****** ****s!!!!
