Order not delivered

Order not delivered. What kind of service are you giving your customers, I placed an order using my app and made payment,I have made clear instructions of my address, the driver didn’t call me and worse they decided to leave my food at the wrong address and sent me a picture and left, I request that I get refunded not happy with the poor service I got. Is that how they do their business. They don’t even consider the instructions left for them. Or they do this knowing that we can’t do anything.
