Order not delivered - 4CF01

****** of my food and money and all I get is no refund allowed.

I placed an order on ubereats. While busy cleaning I realised that the delivery is taking longer than expected, upon checking my phone I saw that the delivery status changed to complete and the driver Kizo listed my food as delivered.

I checked my phone for messages or calls none reached out to Uber and got a response that the order was not refundable as the driver called and waited for 30mins. This is a lie at no point was there any contact made and I have requested video footage that proves this driver did not wait - I don’t even know if he was at my complex. When asking Ubereats for proof of this information they failed to provide it instead they keep saying the same thing.

I am highly disappointed as my order cost close to r300 not R50 and for this to be the service received is really disappointing. It is the first time that this has happened to me but I will never use Uber again.
