Order not delivered

Dear UberEats Support Team,

I am highly disappointed with the service I received on my recent order. Although the delivery address may have been entered incorrectly, we had a live location shared and attempted to call the delivery driver to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the driver was extremely rude, unwilling to provide a solution, and ultimately did not deliver the order.

Despite this, the app shows the order as delivered, which is untrue as I never received it. This has caused great inconvenience and frustration.

I request that you urgently investigate this matter and provide a refund or an appropriate resolution.
