Order Not Delivered.

I placed my order and the guy never pitched at the address as per instruction. I tried calling him no answer. , he just took a picture of the food on the floor and updated delivered. i went to the main gate to check and they said he did not deliver to them so i never received my food. UberEats consultant on the app is saying the the driver followed all instructions and therefore no refund can be made. I do not understand how they followed instructions if they did not come to reception as instructed on the app and they just too a picture on the floor and only god know where that was because they were also not at the main gate. i am utterly disgusted by the service and feel ****** off my hard earned Money.
