Order NOT delivered!!!

Disappointed. Ordered McDonalds from Sunnighill. My order was cancelled with no reason. Ordered again (F7F18). The driver Tshireletso, delivered our food to the wrong complex. I very clearly stated our complex name on the order. Now I have been billed and no food has been delivered. UberEats is impossible to get a hold of. After trying for 2hours, McDonalds has graciously replaced our meal. But i am still short the delivery fee I paid for UberEats service! This problem is neither ours or McDonalds. This is UberEats problem, they are the ones avoiding us. I am very disappointed and above all angry. Control your drivers!!!
