Order NOT Delivered

The most appalling service I've ever experienced from UberEats and their delivery service. They honestly don't deserve the star rating!!

The order gets delayed from 20:30 to 20:44, then to 20:55... to being delivered and I haven't received my order. HOW SWAY?? When I called Ocean Basket Ferndale on Republic they advised they did not receive the order so it didn't get to their kitchen to be prepared and so I need to take it up with UberEats, only for *********** UberEats to tell me the driver called 8 times and waited for 10min. Called WHO and waited WHERE when I was standing outside, WAITING for food to be still be delivered? When you try to call "driver" that was to deliver the food, it's a 087 number that does not connect you to the so-called driver.
