Order never recieved

I placed an order today at 10 the delivery guy never came to the right address and made my order completed i gave him alot of directions which he did not follow. Now i logged that i did not receive my order uber does not want to refund me its stated he tried tp contact me. He wrote that he delivered it at spur but when i contacted the restaurant they said it was not there ORDER E1B63
