Order never received from Uber eats

I ordered a burger King double whooper with cheese cold drink and chips the transaction went through it was R146 the driver said he's on his way when I checked after 30 minutes it said delivered and it asked me to rate the delivery but I don't have my food now Uber eats is not talking to me I would like my money back please I think this is unprofessional we trust Uber eats but Uber eats let's us down.
