Order never received, Driver ****, Incoorect delivery

Order delivered incorrectly. I placed an order with Ubereats from Cinnabon Eastgate. The driver arrived with the incorrect order. I advised him it was not correct he than advised me to contact the store. Store didn't answer I also logged the complaint with Uber Support while driver was still here. No response from Uber Eats. I now go and check the status of the query only to see a messages stating that the driver was unable to reach us therefore as a result we cannot receive a refund. This is unacceptable as the driver arrived with incorrect items. I have not received my order and no money so Uber eats should be ashamed of themselves as this is blatant theft. It is shocking that their drivers hold such integrity as to blatantly lie and state that they were not able to reach us when I stood right next the man with witnesses to confirm. Shocking
