ORDER NEVER RECEIVED, BUT CHARGED FOR

I placed an order at about 12:45 today for a delivery from McDonalds in Long Street to my office, which is less than a kilometer away. The guy got lost for more than an hour and then marked my order as delivered. I can only assume that he delivered to an incorrect address. The online complaint system is useless as they cannot give you concrete answers. I would really like a refund for my order!!!
