Order never received

My wife ordered donuts for a good Sunday treat. The guy who was delivering our order stopped in front of the wrong address after we gave him the correct address. I tried to explain to him over the phone how to get to us from where he was standing. He was unwilling to listen to us and keep saying we are wasting his time. I was trying to give him directions but he was not willing to listen. The delivery was supposed to be for 13:50 and never delivered. Order number #59e3e
